Sales Account Manager

  • He will be mainly responsible for the following:
    • Deliver the agreed quarterly and annual revenue and yield targets for the market.
    • Allocate sales quotas, based on sound analysis of the market and identified opportunities.
    • Drive up customer satisfaction in the market and resolve high-level issues.
    • Create an annual Business Growth Plan for the market specifying business and revenue mix, resource requirements, deployment and development plans.
    • Complete Commitments for all direct reports.

Marketing Manager
  • Plan marketing and branding objectives.
  • Expand product solutions and offerings.
  • Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff.

Networking Product Manager
With the following requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Business or equivalent experience
• MBA, with focus on marketing/IT Management preferred or equivalent experience
• Ability to travel – up to 25% of the time
• very good at English & communication skills
• Extensive knowledge of managed hosting, managed services and cloud service offerings and industry
• Experience in Telecom product management for Network, Internet and Carrier products
• Excellent written and oral skills for customer communication and marketing collateral
• Excellent coordination skills including the ability to effectively partner across distributed functional teams
He will be responsible for the following:
• Product definition & pricing
• Go-to-market activities and P&L management for the all network Cross-Connects, and Carrier Services product offerings.
• The position will require working closely with our sales team, customers, vendors and business partners, as well as our Operations and Engineering team to define and develop scalable and sustainable products.
• An emphasis is placed on delivering highly competitive, cost effective products that meet the needs of the growing enterprise managed hosting market.
• Position Objectives and Essential Duties:
• Define and deliver product offering and hybrid product offerings.
• Build in-depth product strategy that outlines the products, pricing, and promotional tactics.
• Perform competitive analysis relative to the products Network strengths, weaknesses, and how best to differentiate. Address gaps through plans and execute those plans to improve our competitive position within the broader marketplace
• Build 3rd Party alliances and channels as needed to penetrate markets and grow the systems management business.
• Maintain solid working knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape relative to Sungard AS’ Managed &Recovery Services target market
• Detailed understanding of the Product Lifecycle
